Welcome to Folliq. At JPU IT Solutions e.U. ("we", "us", or "our"), we believe that your health data is deeply personal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Folliq mobile application (the "App").

We have designed Folliq with a "Local-First" privacy architecture. This means the vast majority of your sensitive health data never leaves your device.

2. Information We Collect

To provide you with our services, we collect and process the following types of information:

A. Account & Authentication Data (Stored Securely in the Cloud) When you create an account, we use third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) providers. We collect:

• Your email address.
• Your basic profile name (as provided by Apple or Google).
• An anonymous user ID to securely link your account to your subscription.

B. Health & Protocol Data (Stored LOCALLY on Your Device) To generate your personalized PCOS protocol, you provide us with:

• Body metrics (Age, height, weight, activity levels).
• PCOS symptoms, cycle lengths, and last period dates.
• Daily logs, meal entries, and supplement tracking.
• Important: In our current version, all health, cycle, and meal data is stored strictly locally on your Apple device. We do not transmit, sync, or store this sensitive health data on our external servers. If you back up your phone to iCloud, this data is securely backed up by Apple according to your iOS settings.

C. Subscription & Payment Data If you subscribe to Folliq Premium, your payment is processed directly by Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card information. We use an anonymous App User ID to verify your active subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the minimal data we collect to:

• Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• Verify your premium subscription status to grant you access to the App's features.
