1. Introduction

Welcome to Plinta. At JPU IT Solutions e.U. ("we", "us", or "our"), we know that photos of the inside of your home are deeply personal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use the Plinta mobile application (the "App").

We have designed Plinta to be transparent and secure: we only collect the data necessary to provide you with high-quality AI interior design generations, and we do not use your personal room photos to train public AI models.

2. Information We Collect

To provide you with our core services, we collect and process the following types of information:

A. Account & Authentication Data When you create an account using third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) providers (like Apple or Google), we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your basic profile name (as provided by Apple or Google).
• An anonymous user ID to securely link your account to your design library and credit balance.

B. Images & Design Data (User Content) To generate your interior redesigns, you provide us with:

• Photos of your rooms that you choose to upload.
• Style selections and generation prompts.
• The resulting AI-generated images. Important: Unlike apps that process data purely locally, Plinta requires heavy AI processing. Your uploaded photos and the resulting generations are securely transmitted to and stored in our cloud servers so you can access your design history (your "Library") across your devices.

C. Subscription & Payment Data If you subscribe to Plinta Pro or purchase one-time Credit Top-ups, your payment is processed directly by Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card information. We use an anonymous App User ID and purchase receipts to verify your active subscription status and update your credit balance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the minimal data we collect to:

• Provide the Service: Process your uploaded photos through our AI pipeline to generate interior design concepts.
